Jerry Owensby, M.D., is an internist who has been in private practice since 1996 and felt compelled to play a more active role in palliative and hospice care. She says, “There is nothing more rewarding than helping people feel more comfortable and develop quality end-of-life care.”

Dr. Owensby is an ownership partner in Hospice at Home of Arizona.

Chris Allen, M.D., is a family practitioner who has been in practice since 2002 with an interest in geriatric patients and end-of-life care. He says, “The Hospice at Home team is here to support you through every step of this journey.”

Bonna Longo, MSN, RN — Administrator

Bonna has had many years of nursing experience. She has held a variety of leadership positions in health care. The last several years, Bonna has dedicated her career to educating the community about hospice and palliative care. Her passion is to improve people’s lives through the highest quality of care throughout the continuum of care. She is committed to improving end of life for those individuals who have a serious illness.

Bonna completed her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Walden University. She currently participates on the Medicare Provider Hospice Outreach and Education Advisory Board.
